Our 2nd mission for MISI KEZUTAN. By the way, MISI KEZUTAN is a SURPRISED MISSION. and this time we really gave him a big surprise. An anniversary gift from beloved wife to her beloved hubby. We are suppose to deliver surprise basket on their anniversary day. Since it was a long weekend, the couple decided to stay longer in Langkawi. Then we changed the plan. The wife need to text us the moment they enter Selangor. It worked. We managed to surprised him 30 minutes after they entered their love nest.

Unggu Violet Buat Raja Sehari

Purple violet seems dominated this year wedding theme. Another Unggu Violet, but this is my next attempt of buttercream wedding cake. Try something new. Try to be different.

3 kek segiempat yang disusun tidak selari dan agak senget. Primrose unggu memenuhi ruang. Menghiasi putih butterkrim. Memang disengajakan kek yag teratas di litupi cornelli lace versiku. Dan rufles unggu menghiasi kaki kek teatas. Tngkat kedua dan yang paling bawah dibiarkna kosong.. dihiasi bunga2 unggu dipenjuru kek dan corak ringkas menghiasi kepolosan warna putih.

1001 versi 2011

I was so touched by this order. She placed her order after she saw my 1001 cerita hantaran cake. Anyway, my policy that there shouldn't be a look- alike cake. There shouldn't be a double. Therefore we created 1001 version 2011. 2011 with bigger and stunning roses. Lots of rossetes. Couldn't put much flowers. Kept fighting with weather and humidity. And of course..I could not give the same, as ingredients prices increased. A bit here and there.. became a lot difference. Here's 1001 version 2011

A gentle reminder, to those who wish to place order on 1001 versions. Please bear in mind, this cake is covered with cornelli lace. And definitely bunch of roses. Therefore, it is very impossible to write wordings on the cake. Even the cake sides are full with flowers and decorative borders and lines.

My love the purple but violet... well that's the direct translation... But we the Malaysian alway accept violet is in purple family... Anyway it was also base from Indonesian Sinetron. What ever.. but this is the wedding cake. I injured my thumb. Therefore I couldn't decorate as close as the original idea..

I have to decorate the cake base on whatever capability that I have.. Not much of hand piping.

I was honored when a friend of mine put her trust on me to deliver a 3 tier wedding cake for her lil sis wedding function.

When she called me, I was not fully awake. I just mumble few ideas that suits most brides. Then she mention this " My sis is lil bit different from other ladies. Some flowers should be okay". This sentence keep on playing in my mind that made me to have the 'Wedding Ideas' page. It was specially meant for her. With the song 'Tercipta Untukku' keep on playing in my mind. I browsed for few ideas that suits the bride's personality..

And this is the cake that she likes most

This cake was posted in cakecentral.com. So since the wedding theme colour is maroon, I threw few ideas to suit her wedding theme. But her sis said the bride wanted just like the photo.

I did wrong calculation. Wrong size cakes. Wrong size cake board. I couldn't fit the exact flower arrangement. Time ticking and I still need to deliver the cake before the function started at 8.30pm. My dear fren was not around. I could not explain much. left the cake knife. Went to buy alternative knife. I was late, they had the 'solat jemaah'. and again I could not explain to her again. So I sent her a SMS, thanked her for her mom invitation and send her my apology that I could not deliver as what as the bride wished for...
